1. Review Now - reviewing right after you learn and at repeated intervals helps with retention.
2. Test Yourself - Quiz yourself before you t think you're ready to increase retention and recall, even more effectively than re-reading the material.
3. Keep Practicing (Repeat) - reviewing repeatedly over time helps store info in your long term memory.
4. Connect & Activate - Connect the info with something you already know and talk about it, write about it, or rework it.
