Language consists of four different types of activities.

Reading is passive and, therefore, the easiest one.
Writing is active and, as all the active creation, takes time and much effort.
Listening is a passive activity. Even though to a lot to those who learn Russian, listening seems to be pretty hard, in fact, it still is relatively easy,
Speaking is the most active and demanding activity of all. It would be best if you logically expressed your thoughts using proper grammar and pronunciation. And it has to be dome pretty fast. Like, right now.
