Duke OTD had the privilege of participating in an Interprofessional Adaptive Sports Experience, where our students explored wheelchair basketball, Boccia ball, sitting volleyball, and hand cycling!
A huge thank you to NC Adapted Sports, Triangle Thunder, and Triangle Volleyball Club for partnering with us to make this event possible. Our students walked away energized, inspired, and grateful for an opportunity filled with learning, collaboration, and fun!

Tiffany Adams, PT, DPT, MBA, PhD, and Tomeico Faison, OTD, OTR/L, FAOTA, faced the daunting task of managing loans and budgets as students. Now, as leaders in Duke’s health professions programs, they have transformed this challenge into an opportunity by developing the Duke OTD & DPT Financial Leadership Series, which provides students with essential financial tools they previously lacked.
