If you've ever felt uncomfortable speaking up around people with more experience than you; this is for you.

Your life is on the same line as the person with the loudest voice. So ask👏questions👏to understand — even the ones you feel silly asking. They're not a burden; they keep your whole group safer.

And if you are the experienced one? Have patience and actively invite the quieter voices into the conversation. A group that doesn’t create space for understanding isn’t a “strong group” — it’s a risky one.

We don't keep our heads down and follow along without question anymore! 💥

It was SO hard to fit every story, lesson, & messy truth into just 20 minutes, which is why our Imposters post-film panels matter so much. They’re where we invite you into the convo, get raw, laugh, and dive deeper into belonging in spaces where we've been made to feel like outsiders.

Since I can’t be at every screening, I wanted to start sharing advice that is close to my heart and that I wish I could tell every room.

✨ It’s not that you don’t belong. It’s that you’re trying to belong with the wrong people.

Let’s keep rewriting what belonging looks like in the backcountry, and everywhere we take up space. 💛

Giggles, snow, glitter, vulnerability, and BOSS energy with the ladies!! What a powerful 4 days on our AIARE 2+ Leadership Development hut course! It's truly one of a kind to dive in so deep into owning your power in the backcountry AND BEYOND by bringing in experts in Women's Leadership and mental resilience on top of the already high caliber experience brought by the terrain of the San Juan mountains and the AIARE 2 curriculum. I think I speak for us all when I say that we're leaving with an incredibly full cup. 🥹✨️❄️

Grateful to have participated in the AMGA Ski Guide Course last week along side some badass fellow students and rock star instructors. I learned a lot and have a lot to practice. Looking forward to progressing my path as a Splitboard Guide with these new skills!
