Our relationships often reflect the relationship we have with ourselves.

The way we communicate, set boundaries, make decisions, and respond during difficult moments is shaped by patterns we've developed over time.

During this workshop, we'll explore how your Anima/Feminine and Animus/Masculine influence those patterns and how greater awareness can create healthier, more authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding yourself more deeply.

Do you ever feel like you have to prove you're right?

Maybe you explain your point again and again. Maybe you need the last word, or feel frustrated when people don't agree with you.

Many of us mistake control for authority.

Real authority looks different. It doesn't come from being the loudest voice or having all the answers. It comes from taking responsibility, listening well, and making thoughtful decisions.

The mature King or Queen reminds us that strong leadership isn't about controlling people. It's about creating trust.

The more secure we become within ourselves, the less we feel the need to prove ourselves to everyone else.

If you'd like to explore the patterns shaping the way you lead, I'd love to invite you to a complimentary Clarity Session.

Have you ever looked at your life and wondered why it no longer feels quite like it used to?

Perhaps you're successful in many ways, yet something feels unsettled. Maybe you're questioning old patterns, rethinking what's important, or sensing that you're being invited into a new season of life.

Those questions aren't something to fear. They may be the beginning of becoming more fully yourself.

In my newest blog, I explore Carl Jung's idea of individuation and why becoming who you were meant to be isn't about changing who you are. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been waiting quietly for your attention all along.

If you've been feeling called to slow down, reflect, and live more authentically, I hope you'll take a few minutes to read it.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking, "Why do I keep responding this way?"

Sometimes we push ourselves to keep achieving, even when we're exhausted. Other times we hesitate to act because we're waiting to feel completely certain. Many of these patterns become so familiar that we stop noticing them altogether.

Our August Women's Collective Workshop is an opportunity to become more aware of the inner qualities that influence how you think, respond, and move through life. Through guided reflection and conversation, we'll begin exploring how greater balance can create more freedom, confidence, and choice in everyday life.

This is a welcoming space for curiosity, not perfection. You don't need to have everything figured out to benefit from the experience.

Have you ever walked away from a conversation wondering whether you were trying to lead or simply trying to stay in control?

Most of us don't choose control on purpose. It often grows out of uncertainty, fear of making mistakes, or the pressure to have all the answers.

The mature King or Queen offers another way. It leads with clarity, responsibility, and trust instead of control.

Take a closer look at what separates grounded authority from the need to control. You may discover a small shift that changes the way you lead, communicate, and build relationships.

If you'd like to explore these patterns more deeply, I'd love to invite you to a complimentary Clarity Session.

There are times in life when we find ourselves relying on only one way of moving through the world.

We may naturally lead with action, planning, and achievement while losing touch with reflection and intuition. Or we may feel deeply connected to our emotions and relationships but struggle to take decisive action. Neither way is wrong, but when one side becomes overdeveloped while the other is overlooked, we can begin to feel out of balance.

Our August Women's Collective Workshop offers an opportunity to explore your Anima/Feminine and Animus/Masculine and discover how these complementary qualities influence the way you relate to yourself, your relationships, your work, and your life.

Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, you'll begin integrating these inner qualities so they can work together rather than compete for your attention.

Whether you've joined us throughout August or this is your first Women's Collective event, you're warmly invited to be part of this meaningful workshop.

When was the last time you had enough time to really get to know the woman sitting across from you?

The Wild New Way Women’s Collective Evening Social on August 19 is being created for exactly that kind of connection.

We will gather at Four Leaves Winery for a relaxed evening with no presentation and no packed schedule. You might reconnect with someone you already know, continue a conversation that ended too soon, or discover something unexpected in common with a new face.

A few optional conversation prompts will be available, but nothing is required. My hope is simply to create enough time and space for the evening to unfold naturally.

Come for a glass of wine, stay for the conversation, and continue the evening over dinner afterward if you choose.

Have you ever wondered why you keep responding to the same situations in the same way?

Maybe you always take charge, avoid conflict, overthink every decision, or put everyone else's needs before your own. Those patterns don't just shape the way you lead, they can also influence your relationships, your work, and the choices you make every day.

Carl Jung described four archetypal leadership energies: the King or Queen, the Warrior, the Magician, and the Lover. Each brings valuable strengths, and each can cast a shadow when it operates without awareness.

Understanding these patterns isn't about putting yourself in a box. It's about recognizing what's helping you move forward and what may be quietly holding you back.

Which leadership energy has been guiding your life lately?

If you'd like to explore these patterns more deeply, I'd love to invite you to a complimentary Clarity Session.

Have you ever wondered why the same leadership challenges keep showing up, even though you're doing your best to grow?

Maybe you take on too much responsibility, avoid difficult conversations, overthink important decisions, or spend so much energy supporting others that your own needs get pushed aside.

These patterns don't happen by accident. They often reflect the leadership energy we rely on most and the strengths we've yet to develop.

Take a closer look at the four leadership archetypes and discover how they can help you better understand your natural strengths, your blind spots, and the areas where growth may be calling you next.

If you'd like to explore these patterns more deeply, I'd love to invite you to a complimentary Clarity Session.

"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." - Viktor Frankl

There are seasons in life when no amount of effort can change what is happening around us.

We can't make someone understand us. We can't rewrite the past. We can't control every outcome.
What we can change is how we respond.

That doesn't mean giving up. It means asking a different question.

Instead of, "How do I change this situation?" we begin asking, "Who is this situation inviting me to become?"

Sometimes that's where real growth begins.
