We had a great training with the 2012 girls today. The girls got over 500 ball touches while focusing on their quickness, agility, and strength. Great job girls!

Our spring training offers up to 15 sessions designed to elevate your soccer skills. In our 1-hr sessions, you will get hundreds of ball touches in a high-intensity environment. You will also work with our personal trainer to improve your explosiveness. We train at Elite on weekends and Congdon on Wednesdays. Explore our options and start your journey today! 💥
