Semi is passionate and very excited about joining Barre Body Burn. Semi turned to barre to lose the pregnancy weight from her first child four years ago. Shakes and burns from the very first class had her hooked on barre ever since. She loved it so much that she now teaches barre in her spare time when she is not working, parenting two amazing children and spending time with her loving husband.

Check out our Barre Body Burn teacher, Krissy Rector! She teaches Tuesday/ Thursday 8:45am and Saturdays at 8am.

Krissy Rector is a professional performance artist with over ten years of teaching experience. She started performing professionally at the age of 16, touring internationally as a dancer, musician, and actress. Her time spent living abroad and working with artists from around the world sparked a desire to explore the role of art in various cultures through ethnographic research. She did undergraduate studies at The University of Georgia and Berklee College of Music while continuing to work throughout the states as a dancer, choreographer, and instructor. She has been on faculty with multiple dance and theater schools including Stage Coach Performing Arts, North Georgia Dance & Music Factory, and Cu***ng Dance Academy where she taught advanced classes in dance, fitness, and theater. When not on stage or in the studio Krissy can be found outdoors hiking, kayaking, or diving. A global adventurer at heart Krissy loves to travel. Her classes are full of upbeat eclectic music and lots of positive motivation!
