The new session for swimming lessons began, and it felt so good to get in that pool! The amount of growth that happens at swim and gym simply cannot be replicated in a classroom. The confidence SOARS and we can't wait to see where it takes this group of kids. The best thing? They are just having fun. ✨💖✨

Apple Cider Day!
This was Cider Man's 19th year making cider with PFA. We feel so lucky that this tradition continues. These kids walked to his house and were greeted by Terrance the Music Man and Grandpa John (A student's Grandpa made a surprise appearance and we were all thrilled for his help!) playing music. The Cider Man was preparing the boxes of apples to grind. Then, the work began. These kids took turns doing music with Terrance and pressing apples. They helped turn the bucket of apple mush coming out of the apple grinder, turned the press, turned the yolk, got the jugs ready, helped pour the Cider through the funnels into the jugs, cap the jugs, and hauled the apple mush to the compost. After 25 gallons (maybe a little more) they made their way back to preschool! This is such a magical day at PFA. Every child who was here today took home their own jug of cider to share with their families. Thanks to all of you for helping fund this experience! Core memories were surely made.

Just a few of the wonderful stories we have heard about our recent most graduates 💖

Our teacher hearts are SO proud!

Two things we say almost daily are "I'm strong, I'm brave, and I can do hard things" and "you're not being brave if you aren't a little bit scared".

Building confidence and self esteem is laying down a solid foundation for life!! We work hard to make sure each student is nurtured the way they need so they can grow into the best version of themselves, and we are so very proud when all of their hard work of learning and growing pays off!

It was a worms and puddles success of a day! A great start to the new school year!!
