Dance Marathon consists of [12 hours] of dancing & activity in the UMD Field House, promising to be the biggest [student-run] party of the year. DM is a [nationwide movement], involving college and high school students at over 150 schools across the country who raise money for the [Childrens Miracle Network hospital] in their community. ilanthropy in its first and establishing year as a student organization. Our goals are to raise funds for Gillette Childrens Specialty Healthcare and change how the community perceives individuals with "disabilities".
