An article I wrote about yoga teachers and why we are going to be irreplaceable in the AI era.

There's never been a better time to consider yoga teacher training. Join my next training in Mexico Nov/Dec or next year in Nicaragua Aug 2027.

As AI reshapes social media, yoga teachers have a unique opportunity to foster authentic connection, build micro-communities, and lead with heart.

I am beyond proud of this beautiful group of yoginis who completed their 200-hour yoga teacher training at Costa Dulce with me!

My first time offering this YTT in Nicaragua, located just outside of San Juan del Sur. What a magical experience.

Special thanks to my guest teacher Amber Starr who gave so much of her heart to this.
