Autumn Perry, Yoga Teacher I teach Power Yoga in Dubois, PA. My goal as a yoga teacher comes down to one thing...to change your perspective of what you think you're capable of.

I completed my 200 hour RYT at The Leela Mata Peaceful Valley Ashram in Sligo, PA in 2012. I believe yoga is an excellent way to achieve balanced physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Using my background in OT, I make yoga class fun and safe for all students. I also throw some power yoga in my classes because I just wouldn't be me if I didn't.
