Wood backing can be customized to pretty much any color you'd like. I can also do my best (based on inventory) to incorporate any specific states of importance. People are always inspiring me with more options - one family who had moved around a LOT was able to get their f
amily name done with each letter representing a state they'd lived in. It was one of my favorite signs to date. Another favorite was a wedding gift including a letter from the state each had grown up in, state they'd attended college, state they met, state they were honeymooning and then state where they were going to live. The possibilities are endless!
