Your DSHS PTSA gave almost $5000 in scholarships last night to six deserving seniors ($825 to each student)! We might not be good at this picture taking thing- (swipe to see our failed attempt at a group shot!) but we were blown away with how much potential these seniors have! Help us in congratulating them all!!!!!!

Martha was very popular Monday in the staff lounge and counseling office… The DSHS staff are in the last sprint of the semester and really provided the dopamine to get them through it!!

Come join us for our last PTSA General Meeting of the year on Monday, May 18 at 8:15am! We will have some short business to take care of, plus Senior Graduation cord handout, acknowledgement of PTSA scholarship winners, and a light breakfast!

Monday will be a special day in the Inner Loop Lounge with a comfort dog visit from Bethany Lutheran Comfort Dog ministry and a Teacher Clothing Closet from NHS member, Marianne Thomas, after her local Tiger Closet clothing drive netted over 100 lbs of ♻️ , Prom Closet donations, Tiger Closet donations, and enough extra clothing for a pop-up Teacher Clothing Closet!

What an amazing time we had making a delicious lunch for all our teachers and staff! It was fun grilling burgers (and vegan ones) plus we had all the toppings they could ask for! Desserts and drinks donated by you were a big hit! Many thanks to our PTSA board and volunteers for five hours of grilling and serving!!! We can say, without a doubt, that we appreciate our teachers!!
