Here I am! In a tree! Looks like I’m either reaching for an apple or attempting a balancing pose. What I definitely am doing is trying hard to take a cool pic while not breaking any bones.🌿
Anyway, this tree reminds me of the trees in Miami so I had to scoot on up for a shot just for old times sake.🧗🏻‍♀️

Wanted to do a cute shoot with the babe showing off my new yoga space…let’s just say using a self timer with a baby results in guaranteed laughs and a lot of outtakes. They get a bit more ridiculous with every swipe.🤷🏼‍♀️🙈

Stroller yoga is actually awesome, FYI. It’s kind of like chair yoga, but you can do it on the go. Get some cardio in. Take in new scenery. Breathe fresh air. Oh and spend time with your baby.👶🏻
