Players will start with mindfulness and video review before taking it to the ice for game-like checking situations, body contact skills, and competition.

Players will have the opportunity to break down game situations, learn proper body positioning, improve decision-making, and gain a deeper understanding of safe, effective checking techniques before hitting the ice.

Combined with our mindfulness training and on-ice instruction, video review helps athletes slow the game down, build confidence, and develop hockey IQ in a way that translates directly to game situations.
