Because Little Players sometimes need a little extra help. 💙

At LAXin Littles, we intentionally keep our groups small enough that coaches can get down on their level, work with them one-on-one, and help them through a skill when they need it.

At ages 3–7, every child learns differently. Some jump right in, while others need an extra demonstration, a little encouragement, or a coach beside them for a few minutes.

𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁.

Small groups mean more touches with the ball, more interaction with our coaches, and more opportunities to build skills and confidence — while still keeping class FUN. 🥍

That’s also why when a class is full, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹. We want to protect the experience we’re creating for every Little Player.

At LAXin Littles, we use games, bubbles, obstacle courses and plenty of silliness to help our Little Players learn the fundamentals while having FUN.

Sometimes catching starts with bubbles. Sometimes scooping turns into a game. The goal is to help kids build confidence, coordination and a love for lacrosse without taking the fun out of it.

And judging by the smiles, we think it’s working. 💙🥍

Our Little Sticks program is designed for boys and girls ages 3–7 with no experience needed. Equipment is provided, and our focus is simple: learn the game, build confidence, and most importantly, 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻! 🥍

🥍 𝗔𝘁 𝗟𝗔𝗫𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗙𝗨𝗡!

We’re introducing lacrosse to kids ages 3–7, and at this age, the best learning happens when it feels like play.

That means we might use 𝗯𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 to work on catching and scooping, 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘀 as target practice, obstacle courses to build coordination, or games that sneak in lacrosse skills without kids even realizing they’re practicing.

Yes, we’re teaching the fundamentals — but we’re also building confidence, keeping kids moving, and helping them associate lacrosse with something they genuinely look forward to.

Because if their first experience with the game is fun, positive, and encouraging, they’re much more likely to want to keep playing. 💙🥍

We’re excited to welcome Coach Kate to the LAXin Littles coaching team!

Kate is a senior midfielder and captain at York College of Pennsylvania, where she is also studying Early Childhood Education with plans to become an elementary school teacher after graduation.

Lacrosse has been a big part of Kate’s life for many years, and she brings about four years of coaching experience through travel teams, camps, and youth programs.

Her background in both lacrosse and early childhood education makes her a great fit for LAXin Littles. Kate loves helping young players build their skills, confidence, and love for the game in a fun and positive environment.

We’re so excited for our Little Players and families to get to know her!

We’re excited to welcome Coach Carter to the LAXin Littles coaching team!

Carter has been playing lacrosse for 7 years and currently plays attack and offensive midfield for Red Lion High School.

As one of three brothers, Carter is no stranger to being around younger kids, and we think his playing experience, energy, and love for the game will make him a great fit with our Little Players.

At LAXin Littles, we want our coaches to do more than teach skills — we want them to help kids feel confident, have fun, and get excited about lacrosse from the very beginning.
