HOW TO PROTECT YOUR ENERGY FROM NEGATIVITY!?
DETAILS BELOW!

Before you go somewhere or talk to someone or even if you know you will be around a lot of people, simple set the intention by saying: "I encircle myself in God's White Light of Love & Divine Protection." You can adjust the sentence to match your own belief patterns just be sure to make it positive and with loving white protection that you are surrounding yourself with.
Visualize this light completely encircling you like a bubble
Affirm that you will have this bubble of protection with you for the entire day & any negativity will be instantly repelled.
Put both of your hands together in a prayer position, palms touching, fingers pointing upward, directly in front of your heart center and say "I am grateful. It is done."

BONUS TIP:
If there is a specific person that you feel is very negative and you can't be around them without feeling like it is rubbing off onto you, visualize them and encircle a white bubble of protection over them. This will flood them with positive and loving energy and negativity from this person will start to become less.

Always end any visualization, prayer, affirmation, or intention setting with "I am grateful. It is done."

I am so excited & overwhelmed with gratitude to share that I will be the closing speaker at an event in April. 🤍

I have always said: “Good Always Prevails. Light Always Shines.”

It’s not always easy to keep that mindset through the darkness and I would be lying if I said I was able to keep that mindset because there were many times I doubted EVERYTHING.

Today, it might not all make sense, but it is beginning to make a lot more sense than it did and for that… I AM SO GRATEFUL! 🤍✨

Whoever is coming across this, I want to encourage you if you are unsure of what the future looks like, and you are questioning why things have happened the way they have and what the next chapter looks like for you… it’s okay to NOT know… it’s okay to just be in this moment and be grateful for the smallest most simple of things and know that if you are being a good person, honoring yourself, loving yourself, and trusting the process… than it IS all working FOR YOU. Nothing is happening to you.

Remember… you are NEVER the victim to circumstance… you are the VICTOR!!!
