, both as an on-air team, and as unique individuals, are the real deal. When my wild child self walked into on my first day working there, I wasn’t sure what these two Atlanta radio icons would be like in real life. When I tell you they are just as and more than wonderfully loving and kind in real life as they are on the radio, it’s the truth. They have loved me and everyone around them so fully. They have made me feel seen and safe every time I’m in their presence. Many people claim to want to love like Jesus, and these two do it every single day, full stop. I have never EVER been a morning person, but working at The Fish, mornings were my favorites because I got to see these two and my other massively kind and talented on air friends!

The Fish chapter has closed, and it’s time to turn the page. There’s sadness, and grief, but the joy and anticipation for the next part of your story comes in the morning!!!!! I can feel it and I hope you do too.

As an auntie and daughter of a retired teacher, I just wanna say I love all the back to school pictures! I hope every one of your babies has a wonderful school year! And teachers… y’all are heaven sent. Truly! Praying for you all. 🍎 📚 💡

My life is anything but traditional, and it’s mine. It’s a gift to be here and live this mysterious snapshot of existence with you all. It’s okay to choose yourself, and choose your dreams over what others expect of you. I don’t know why God chose me to sing, speak, laugh, entertain, and engage with audiences and congregations. My hope is that the love comes through and lands with you, exactly where you are.
