Come "Unearth A Story" by participating in the West Georgia Regional Library System's Summer Reading Program. The program runs May 18 through July 31 at all library branches, including the Douglas County Public Library, Lithia Springs Public Library and Dog River Public Library.

Yesterday, we had the distinct pleasure of celebrating an extraordinary educator, Mrs. Earl, our beloved Gifted Teacher, whose impact on Holly Springs Elementary spans an incredible 27 years. Mrs. Earl was one of the original teachers on staff when the school opened in 1999. Throughout her entire career, she has poured her knowledge, passion, and unwavering dedication into our students and school community.

Mrs. Earl is not only known for her excellence in teaching, but also for her beautiful spirit, her ability to inspire others, and her unmistakable sense of style that brightened our halls each day. She has truly set the standard for what it means to educate with heart and purpose.

As she closes this remarkable chapter, we honor her legacy and the countless lives she has touched along the way. Mrs. Earl, may your next chapter be just as amazing, fulfilling, and joyful as the one you leave behind. We love you, we appreciate you, and we celebrate you today and always.

Here’s a Flashback to Field Days! We are thankful for Coach Hogan and Coach Walls who organize a top notch experience for your Holly Hawks to enjoy as we close out the school year!

On behalf of the PTA, a huge thanks goes to our parents and students for their support during our World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser. A special shoutout is well deserved for the top seller, Elijah Combs, for selling the most boxes of chocolate.

Look at these stats! Way to go, Hawks! We kept the system-wide trophy about half of the year out of 18 other elementary schools. We thank you for everything you do to support reading and our library media center program, parents! I am incredibly proud of us!
