Happy 4th Birthday!

“It’s not that your parents love their grandkids more. It’s that their grandkids remind them of you as a child, and it’s like getting to love that version of you all over again.”

This is so true. I didn’t get to spend much time with my eldest son because I was a single mom working sometimes 3 jobs at a time.

I’m so sad that I’ll be leaving this cutie behind soon.😢

On the flip side I’m so thankful his dad grew up to be such a good, strong, God fearing man who loves his family so much that he provides a life for them that he didn’t have.

I’m thankful for these past 3 years I’ve been able to spend the time with Kanan that I didn’t get with Micah.

Thank you Micah and Courtnee for sharing your baby boy with me for the last 3 years! I will cherish all the memories.

I’m thankful God chose me to be his grandma.

My wish for Kanan is to have the best time here in Hawaii, have an awesome 1st year of school, to grow to love and honor God and his parents, and not to forget how much he’s loved in Wyoming! 🤎💛

Ohana!!

2025 went by so fast.

One of those years that felt long while living it, but somehow flew by when I look back.

Murph challenge.
Hawaii.
Hikes.
Hunts.
1P Summer Smash.
Spartan.
Mud runs.
More hunting.
Concerts.
Tough Mudder.

Bought land.
Sold house.

Busy. Fun. Stressful. Challenging. Blessed.

So many goals were met in 2025, and a lot of growth happened in ways I didn’t expect. It wasn’t always easy, but it was worth it. There were big wins, big changes, and a lot of learning along the way.

2026 already holds a lot of unknowns and transitions, but I’m praying they’re all good things. Trusting the process, grateful for the journey, and ready for whatever comes next.

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽

My heart feels heavy and grateful all at once today. I’ve been through enough to know that nothing in life is promised. People we love don’t stay forever, moments slip by, and life changes before we’re ready.

So appreciate every day. Really appreciate it. Show up for the people who matter. Say the words you’ve been holding back. Make things right where you can. Love big, even when it feels scary.

Eternity is real and forever, but life is short. And the time we get with the people we love is everything.

Week 1 in the books!

I got a late start since I was out of town, but I still knocked out a few of the workouts. First one was ruck-style with my 30-plus pound grandson, and today I froze my butt off in that 28-degree, real-feel-10 weather ❄️🔥

The Under Pressure workout definitely brought the heat… 3 rounds of air squats, push ups, and step overs had me feeling it 👊🏽

And those Week 1 prizes are legit…
GRIZZLY COOLER 60 QUART
VORTEX RAZOR HO 4000 GB BALLISTIC LASER RANGEFINDER
PHORM ENERGY 2 CASES OF ENERGY DRINKS

Let’s go Week 2…!

Good luck to all who show up! 💪🏽
