While this one didn’t last on the market long (4 days to be exact), there was a lot of hard work that went into it to make it successful.

Exterior painting happened, deep cleaning was completed, deck repairs and staining happened, gutters cleaned, fascia touched up and more details that needed attention.

It’s easy to see the highlight reel of a home selling quickly, but there are often times many, many hours of conversations (in this case over a years worth), preparation, hard work, emotions and documents that have to line up behind the scenes to get from “let’s list” to recording the sale on closing day.

What an honor it was for Zack and I to represent the amazing Buyers and Sellers, my parents, of my childhood home.

A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into this property and a whole lot of lawn and flowers have been planted in the last 40 years here. So many amazing memories have happened here with so many more to come.

One of Dillon’s most iconic homes officially has new owners as of this last week.

This home had so many grand features to spotlight, from the exterior stonework and historic character to the large front porch, staircase, original light fixtures, beautiful woodwork and stained glass.

When the sellers first reached out to discuss listing, we knew this one would need a very specific approach to fully showcase its historic charm while highlighting all of the thoughtful additions and amenities that made this property truly extraordinary.

Shortly after hitting the market, the home was featured by multiple historical home sites and viewed by thousands of people across the country.

And during showings, the reactions said it all. There were plenty of oohs and ahhs as buyers took in the details, the staircase, the stained glass and all the character this home holds. At one showing, someone even yelled out their car window to a prospective buyer, “You should buy it, it’s beautiful!”

And in the end, the perfect buyers did. 🤍

We have new neighbors!

These sellers are the epitome of good people. They’re caring, honest and have the most beautiful family. Butttt, their family outgrew this lovely home and needed something with more living space (and, they found the most lovely, iconic home in Dillon as their replacement home). 🤩

Shortly after listing, we found the perfect buyers for this 1-level home which set up a transaction that started the domino effect to help 5 total families purchase their next properties. Contracts like that are not easy and not for the faint of heart. Both buyers and sellers were gracious and so great work with.

I can’t thank the sellers enough for being good neighbors and fun clients. We’re so incredibly happy for all parties involved!

This house has definitely had more home selling stories than normal. When it went on the market in 2025, it went under contract quickly and sold. Fast forward 6 months later, and it was time to list the house again so the seller could relocate out of the area to pursue a new opportunity.

We quickly got plans in place. We ended up receiving multiple offers over the course of the listing, but seemed to be having hard time with buyer’s home sale contingencies to make it all the way to the finish line a few times.

Then, the timing aligned. A fast, solid offer came in, and we closed this one ahead of our proposed closing date this last week.

Icing on the cake is getting a 5⭐️ review from the seller shortly after closing.

Some homes are just filled with nostalgia and immediately have that warm, homey feeling. Right out the gate, this was a popular home and ended up having multiple offers.

This well-kept home has had the same owner for around 30 years. It was immaculate, well-loved and even still had some sentimental sheep light switches and wallpaper left in it that was so near and dear to the seller’s heart from her ranching days.
