Far to often the self service of those appointed over the chosen few who take on the hard jobs is what turns them. Hard chargers and motivators begin to fade when handcuffed by leaders who serve self over service. Never let your standards and morals bend to conformity. Doesn't matter if the job is a store clerk or a ceo. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Do the right thing at the right time always!!
