Inspiring the leaders of tomorrow!

A huge thank you to the incredible high school students who joined us yesterday to share their experiences from RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) camp! Hearing their takeaways, growth, and passion for making a difference was a powerful reminder of why we invest so deeply in youth leadership programs across Becker County.

We want to give a special shoutout to these four amazing student leaders:

- Lillian Dahlberg – Daughter of one of our very own board members (and Oktoberfest Host!) Justin Dahlberg. Lilly is heading into her senior year as a PSEO student in Wadena!

- Lake Jager – Entering 11th grade at Frazee-Vergas High School!

- Aubrey Peters – Representing our community with pride! (Special nod to her parents Alexis Kelly-Peters Jake Peters owners of the DL Jimmy John's, who are so active and generous across the DL area!)

- Eryn Schwendeman – Heading into her senior year at Frazee-Vergas High School!

These young women represented our region with so much energy and leadership. We are beyond proud of everything you’ve accomplished and cannot wait to see the incredible impact you will continue to make in your schools and communities!

This Thursday, we are thrilled to welcome the local students who recently attended RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership) camp! They will be taking the mic to share their experiences, what they learned about leadership, and how the camp impacted their vision for the future.

Empowering young people is at the core of what Rotary does. Seeing these students return energized and inspired is one of the most rewarding reminders of the impact Rotary has on our youth, our local community, and the world.
