Celebrating an AMAZING Future Leaders in Action Fellow!

For the past 12 weeks, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Galilea who brought so much energy, creativity, and dedication to Al Éxito. 💛

She played a huge role in helping us deliver Al Éxito University, and we truly could not have asked for a better person to have on our team. From planning and problem-solving to working directly with our students and staff, she showed up with enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in wherever she was needed.

Our students loved her, our team loved working with her, and we are so grateful for everything she contributed during her time with us! 🫶🏽

NOW HIRING: AFTER SCHOOL AL ÉXITO FACILITATORS!

Want to make a difference in the lives of students while building connections in your community? Al Éxito is looking for bilingual facilitators to join us for the 2026–2027 school year!

Our facilitators help create a welcoming space where students can build confidence, explore their futures, strengthen leadership skills, and feel supported along the way.

✨ Between ($15- $20 per hour for 2 hours a week.)
✨ Approximately 2 hours per week, per site
✨ Opportunities to support multiple sites
✨ Curriculum, supplies, training, and ongoing support provided
✨ Make a meaningful impact with students in your community

You do not have to be an educator! We’re looking for dependable, safe and encouraging adults who enjoy working with youth and can successfully complete an Iowa background check.

A huge thank you to Businessolver Foundation for awarding Al Éxito a $3,000 grant to support Latino youth across Iowa!

Businessolver team members also volunteered at our Scholarship Essay Night and helped us prepare for Al Éxito University, investing their time, energy, and hearts into Al Éxito students' success.

Let us take you back to the first and second day of Al Èxito University summer camp at Iowa State University with Al Éxito Collegiate
