What a blast to return to East to speak with two Government classes! Thanks to Justin Smith for inviting me.

Had the chance to talk about the importance of elections and to visit many of my friends who still work there! It was amazing to once again walk the halls where I spent 21 of my 31 years as an educator!

3 weeks left! We can do anything for 21 days!

Thanks to the Fairmont Park and Cheatom Park Neighborhood Associations for welcoming me to their meetings.

We are at the Methodist ER with Mom. Not an accident but dehydration and stomach issues.

I was able to go to the NW and West Dems event and speak, then meet Mom and Kim here. What an amazing event, I wish I could have stayed longer!

I will keep you updated on how Mom is doing.

Remember, 23 days. You can do ANYTHING for 23 days. Finish strong!

Tonight we had the privilege of attending the Creative Visions 30/75 Celebration (30 years of CV, 75 years of Ako Abdul-Samad!).

Amazing event, vital mission, unlimited opportunities!

Strange day!
—Played Pickleball this morning for the first time! It was fun, but during the second game I lost my balance and fell on my back, winding me and bruising my chest. I still got up and won the game! I am a bit competitive…
—Went to ISEA to visit with Rob Sand and Governor Kelly from Kansas. Great event!
—Went to the Capital Park and King Irving/Mondamun neighborhood meetings to talk about the election and increase voter turnout.

The clock is ticking! Have a plan to vote, talk to your friends/family/neighbors about the election, volunteer for a campaign, and help the candidates you want to represent you with a donation.

We got this!
