Des Moines students celebrate end of school year with ice cream outing Perkins Elementary students in Des Moines walked to Snookies Malt Shop to celebrate the end of the school year, continuing a decade-long tradition.

Kindergarten - 1:40-2:25

All kids will get a piece of fruit and a bottle of water after they walk, thanks to our awesome neighborhood partners at Price Chopper💪🏻

Registration is now open for fall Girls on the Run at Perkins. We would love to support your 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader!

Girls on the Run is an empowerment organization that inspires participants to be joyful, healthy and confident using evidence-based lessons that combine relationship building, community strengthening, and goal setting with physical movement.
