A client email stopped me in my tracks this evening:
“Thank you for teaching me to dream again!”
*heart squeeze* 💗
This afternoon, I’d emailed a digital copy of a new planner I designed to my current clients as a gift, a preview of the planner that’s currently in production at the printer and on schedule to arrive next week.
I also emailed them a link to a video I recorded walking them through each page, sharing tips on how best to use it.
One of my clients wrote back thanking me, saying “Awesome, thank you so much! Even just the first few pages look like so much fun! (I couldn’t have said that a year ago. Thank you for teaching me to dream again!)”
I could cry happy tears.
It’s been a hard year for me, mentally, emotionally, professionally.
I have been living my dream of helping women see themselves as MORE and evolve into incredible, radiant beings who are courageously going after their own dreams and making major shifts in their working and personal lives as a result of our work together.
And simultaneously, after 8 years, new dreams are sprouting in me. It’s hard to entertain the potential of new, different paths in life, especially when they present themselves unexpectedly. It’s a prime opportunity for weeds of self-doubt, fear of the unknown, self-judgment to flourish. And they’ve been flourishing this year for me, I’ll be honest.
And while I continue to listen and explore and create a new Vision and what feels like fumble around in the dark, while still serving in my current capacity as a coach as best I can, it’s moments like reading this email that are so grounding and reassuring.
I’m extraordinarily grateful for the clients I have supported over the years.
And it feels absolutely amazing to know that I have played a part in helping them dream again. 💗💗💗

🚨 I recently learned that someone has created a fake account using my name and likeness, and has been presenting themselves as a divorcée, a legal consultant, a coach, and a crypto businesswoman, and has been trying to get men to send them money.
Obviously this isn’t me. If you come across this or similar profiles, please report them as fraudulent!

MASTERING GRATITUDE - And here we go!! Registration for first live training in the "greatest hits" tour is now OPEN!
Too often we overlook the *transformative* power of gratitude.
I know many well-intentioned people who's gratitude practices are a task to check off on their morning to-do list: it's a thing to get done because other people who they admire or aspire to emulate practice gratitude first thing in the morning.
Most people don't have a RELATIONSHIP with gratitude. It's not an empowerment tool, it's a task to complete, an "I should do that."
The kickoff event of my pre-sabbatical series of live trainings will teach you how to deepen your relationship with gratitude, and how it can be a GAME-CHANGER to propel you into your next chapter.
Join me online next Tuesday, I'd be so grateful to have you there in the audience. 💜

Learn how to take gratitude from a feel-good journaling task to the game-changer that frees you up mentally and emotionally so you can make real progress toward the life you want!

Yesterday, I made a few announcements regarding the future of my work via a YouTube livestream. Here's a recap, in case you missed it:
1) After 8 years of coaching, I'm going on a 2-month sabbatical starting November 28 (Thanksgiving here in the States).
2) My reasons for doing so are mainly twofold: to tend more closely to my mental health, which has suffered noticeably this year, and because I have a new Vision of how I express my gifts, experiences, and skills to those who would benefit most from them.
3) Until Thanksgiving, I'm going on what I'm personally referring to as a "greatest hits tour" (I love music, especially live music 😄), where I take all the key, core concepts around personal transformation and teach them in a series of individual trainings and masterclasses.
4) All of these trainings and masterclasses are actually a live creation of a 6-module course that will be available in its entirety in 2025. (FYI - the best prices for both individual events and the course pre-sale are NOW!)
5) Live coaching will be available on a very limited, case-by-case basis next year, and 3- and 6-session packages are available now, with the understanding that our work will either conclude or be paused once Thanksgiving rolls around.
I'm excited, nervous, nostalgic, optimistic...lots of emotions simultaneously. I've had the same business structure, with minor variations, for 8 years. But I know it's time to change, and I gotta walk the talk - I support all my clients in taking courageous steps in the direction of their dreams, into the unknown, and I also commit to this way of living and working.
🖥️ You can check out these trainings, which begin NEXT WEEK, here: www.robyn.coach/event-list.
⚡️ If you have ever wanted to work together, now is the time! I cannot wait to support your growth into your next Vision of the life you would LOVE to be living, and it's an honor to be invited into your journey. 🩵

Well, I did a thing! I created a personal page specifically for my mental and physical fitness activities, pursuits, and adventures! A lot of people message me privately saying that they enjoy what I share about fitness, RunDisney, marathon training, OrangeTheory, workout motivation, etc, and now, here's where you can follow that piece of me and my life specifically.
I'll be sharing videos, posts, inspiration, and support here on the Robyn Eckersley: Fit for Life page. You're welcome to come hang out! ❤️💪🏽

Do it afraid. Focus on the next step that takes you in the direction of where you want to go. Do not allow the magnitude of the obstacle to deter you from the destination.
These are all things that were not only relevant to last week’s jaw-dropping adventures through the Wind River mountains, like these epic climbs, but also relevant to anything we do in life.
You’ve got this.

Spent the week with zero cell service, immersed in the alpine back country of the Wind River range in Wyoming with amazing people doing amazing things pushing our limits mentally and physically.
A literal trip of a lifetime.
More to come after additional reflection and tomorrow’s journey home to Colorado. 🏔️
Thank you to and for this photo ✌🏽

📣 COACHING + THERAPY CLIENTS: I am SUPER excited about this new product: The Statistical Miracle Expansion Journal!!
It's a simple but effective tool for anyone working with a therapist. coach, counselor, or anyone else in a support role. One of the main things that slows down progress when we are working with a coach or therapist is that sometimes we FORGET TO DO OUR HOMEWORK! We'll have an amazing session, feel so good and optimistic, and then we go back to "regular life" and forget what we're supposed to work on, what we talked about, and then before we know it, it's time for our next session and we're feeling a little embarrassed that we didn't do any of the things we said we would from the last session!
I've shared this journal with my clients and have already received very positive feedback *pats self on back* 🥳
Also... really proud of myself for learning how to list my first digital download product! 🥳
COACHES + THERAPISTS: There will be an option to purchase this as a template for your own clients, where you can update the journal on Canva with your own branding. Message me if you are interested in this. 💌
Adding the Etsy link to this journal in the comments!

IT'S HERE!! The first physical product I've released since 2021!!
[heads up: long post alert]
I'm SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS!! And it's not JUST because it's an awesome hat that's super cute, it's the first of a brand new line called "Here & Human," and the philosophy behind it is so personally meaningful.
As an entrepreneur, it's really common to fall out of love with your business. I want to be clear, I'm so in love with my CLIENTS and the work we do together! It's the MECHANICS of running a business that I have found to be...not exactly magical from time to time.
I hit a lull in my passion for the business side of my work pretty hard a few months ago. I've been doing this work since 2016, and I was really feeling the "I just want to freaking COACH!" frustration had returned. It's that heaviness that every entrepreneur runs into once or twice...or many times...repeatedly...haha.
We say "yes" to starting a business for many reasons, but we choose the specific business we choose because (for many of us) we're passionate about our actual TRADE. Not as many of us are passionate about the nuts and bolts of running the business (the admin, the financials, the technical snags, the sales + marketing, etc.), and often the running of the business can take a mental, emotional, even physical toll on the fun part where we really shine: delivering the goods and services.
Anyway, this post isn't solely about my entrepreneurship gripes. This is what came out of moving THROUGH that (honestly, very deep) dip in pursuit of the upswing. I started to explore the next round of my own growth in controlling what I can control, and reconnecting with the parts of life and business I feel expansive in. Honestly, this work is never done, it's an ongoing part of the experience.
Many of you know that in my personal life, I love being creative. From colors and textures to music and painting and jewelry and theater and so much more, I love to engage with the creative arts spaces, and at times, create my own projects here and there. I'm always down to see a concert, check out an art exhibit, go to a "paint and wine" night.
This recent chapter of personal and professional reflection has birthed the philosophy of being here, present in the now, and allowing myself grace to be human, instead of beating myself up with unattainable perfectionist ideals: "here & human" has become a mantra as I navigate the next chapter of professional work and the forms that will serve others, as well as myself.
So yeah, it's not just a "dad hat" as the kids call this style of baseball cap.
This represents so much more to me. And I hope that the Here & Human philosophy can bring some light, perspective, and relief to others who might also be facing their own lulls. ❤️
AND the hat is made sustainably with organic cotton! Everything I create will be based on the most eco-conscious materials and processes I can find. 🌿
So, I'm proud to share this simple but meaningful Etsy listing with you, and several more product designs are on their way to me for quality approval :)
