Kelly is an Army military spouse with 38 years of federal service to the Department of Defense. She brings extensive experience as a strategic planning officer, business coach, and instructor, having served with U.S. Army DEVCOM and as an internal coach within the Department of Defense.

Following her retirement, Kelly launched multiple ventures, including her coaching and training business, Motivated by Kelly, where she continues to support entrepreneurs and leaders.

At Pitch Creator, Kelly leverages our framework to train founders as the Lead Instructor at Harford County Project Opportunity, helping military veterans and their families build businesses and communicate their ideas with clarity and confidence.

🎓 College Foundation Course for Entrepreneurship Programs. Over 2,000 student entrepreneurs at dozens of colleges and universities nationwide have used Pitch Creator’s College Foundation Course to prepare for end-of-semester pitch events and school-wide competitions.
