Arvada West Class of 1976 Reunion

I need to form a committee for the 50th reunion in the next 3 weeks. I have the database of classmates and need help to lock in a venue and date. Is anyone interested in:
1) Venue / Logistics Lead
2) Memory Book and Decor Lead
3) Communications Lead

I have a vendor to send out Save the date post cards and would really like to get moving.

Hi Arvada West Class of 1976. There are only 35 days until our 40th high school reunion. Many of you have responded indicating you are coming but we need you to please reserve you spot ASAP! By confirming you are attending helps us when we are communicating with the venues we have reserved concerning menus and last minute details. The cost of the reunion is an affordable $76. The Friday night event will be held at the Briarwood Inn and the cost is $40. Saturday night we will gather at Willis Case Gold Course for dinner which costs $36. Visit our page to sign up.
