Have you heard of reactive abuse?

It’s a situation where someone relentlessly, consistently, and subtly provokes you over an extended period of time, especially taking advantage of doing so in sensitive circumstances, until you finally reach a point where you react, and then they to use your reaction as evidence that you are "crazy” or "unstable”.

Provoking happens by subtle criticisms, stonewalling, mockery, turning others against you, or violating boundaries. You finally react strongly—perhaps you yell, cry, slam a door, or raise your voice in frustration. They immediately become calm and detached, acting shocked by your "aggression" and then use it to discredit you.

Please educate yourself about this so you can prevent it from happening to you!
