Meet Luisa, a DLA alumna whose hospitality journey reflects resilience, curiosity, and growth.

Originally from Colombia, Luisa began her career in housekeeping and worked her way into a leadership role as a Housekeeping Manager. Through determination, continuous learning, and leadership development with DLA and Sage Hospitality, she continued building her confidence and skills.

Her story is a reminder that growth begins with asking questions, embracing opportunities, and continuing to move forward.

This one-morning gathering brings together nearly 200 independent restaurant and bar operators and hospitality professionals for six focused talks designed to deliver actionable insights for today’s food and beverage industry.
