When the morning hike in the Arenal Volcano National Park takes a lot out of you, we only get a limited time for pictures. Our scholars are ready for any challenge after that 2 hour hike to see the volcano.

We like to make sure that every educational opportunity is paired with a good time. After scholars finished learning about one of Costa Rica’s smaller exports (chocolate), they had a chance to make their own tortillas and empanadas on the same farm!

Our scholars love pushing the boundaries and achieving new heights zip-lining through the forest!

Meet your International Travel Club Advisors.

Starting on the left, we are pleased to introduce Mrs. Mota. As the upperclassmen Math teacher, Mrs. Mota enjoys helping the students grow into leaders. She can be found enjoying time with her husband and exploring her new home of Denver.

In the middle, meet Ms. McLellan. When she is not teaching English, Newspaper, and Yearbook, you can see her enjoying time with friends at the local brunch spot or comedy club.

Finally, on the right, we have Mr. Acosta. An avid traveler, Mr. Acosta loves using his expertise as the Spanish teacher to immerse the students in learning new languages in new countries.
