Our MSU Denver MSN students showcased their capstone research at the 2026 Lillian Fountain Smith Nutrition Conference, sharing their work with peers, faculty, and professionals from across the field.

From presenting posters to engaging in thoughtful discussions, students had the opportunity to highlight their research, build connections, and gain valuable experience in a professional conference setting.

We are proud to see their hard work come to life and to watch them represent MSU Denver so well. 👏

Three NEW Master Programs open for enrollment this fall!
The School of Hospitality will start a Master program in Hospitality Leadership and one in Event and Experience Management this fall.
