Yesterday I had a 10-minute āMember in the Spotlightā segment in one of my networking groups, and for the first time, I decided to talk more about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the lessons itās been teaching me š
After the Denver Open and getting my blue belt, it felt like the right time to bring more of that part of my life into my speaking. Not because itās brand new, but because Iām realizing how much it connects to the work I already do around visibility, confidence, and leadership.
BJJ has taught me so much about staying calm under pressure, trusting my training, and continuing to show up even when things feel uncomfortable or humbling. The more I reflect on it, the more I see how universal those lessons really are.
It also made me excited for where Iām headed creatively, blending speaking, music, storytelling, and now even BJJ into my presentations and keynotes.
I think the best talks come from the parts of our lives that have truly shaped us, not just the things weāve studied or achieved šš»
ā”ļøWhatās something in your life thatās been teaching you lessons you havenāt fully brought into your work yet?
And if youāre feeling that pull to turn your experiences into a message that actually landsā¦
Iād love to connect. š

Time for a quick re-intro š¬š
I help women get on stages, get seen, and get paid⦠while also casually singing mid-keynote because why not š¤āØ
Brazilian-born, triplet mom (yes, THREE at once, no Iām not okay), TEDx speaker, and professional voice user in every sense of the word. I went from translating other peopleās messages for a living to making women realize their story is the most valuable asset in their business.
Also⦠I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which basically means I voluntarily get humbled on the mats so I can stay grounded in real life š„š
(Highly recommend for ego management and learning how to stay calm under pressure -very transferable to speaking, by the way.)
I believe the best visibility is about becoming undeniable.
Also believe coffee is a personality trait and that most people are one bold decision away from changing everything.
Built my business during nap times, airport lounges, and mild identity crises between countries š§š·šŗšø
Now I help women:
ā Turn their life into a signature talk
ā Stop rambling and start converting
ā Actually get clients from being visible (wild concept, I know)
Known for:
⨠Mixing music + speaking like itās a TED Talk concert
⨠Asking questions that hit a little too hard
⨠Making you realize youāve been playing small (with love š)
If youāre ready to be seen, heard, and maybe slightly uncomfortable in the best wayā¦
Hi. Iām your person š

Literal blood, sweat and tears⦠but so worth it š„¹
I always say marriage, motherhood, and entrepreneurship have a way of showing you who you really areā¦
And I could add jiu jitsu to that list.
But honestly, this sport is showing me something even deeper - the potential inside of me of who Iāve yet to become.
I could write a long post about all the personal growth and reflections from the last 2 yearsā¦
(and if youāve been following along, you know I have been blogging about it š)
But today, I just want to pause and take this in.
Because this moment holds more than just a belt š
It holds discipline, humility and choosing to show up when itās hard.
And of course, being Brazilian, thereās something powerful about practicing an art that was born in my home country while I build my life in the U.S. It feels like Iām honoring both parts of who I am.
So grateful to everyone whoās believed in me šš»š©·

I didnāt win on the scoreboard, but Iāve never felt more proud of a match.
For the first time, I stayed fully with my plan even under pressure: pull, maintain control, sweep. We were tied and I lost by advantage.
And still⦠this felt like a win šš»
But what stands out the most isnāt even the match.
I donāt know that Iāve ever felt this kind of support in something Iāve pursued before. My coaches, my professors, my training buddies showing up for me⦠it hit me in a way I didnāt expect ā¤ļø
Iāve allowed myself to receive it for the last 2 years, which is not an easy thing for me. That might be what Iām most proud of š„¹
Also thanks to everyone who couldnāt be there in person but reached out, sent messages, and cheered me on - it truly meant the world to me.
And guess what⦠now I can not only say Iāve been on an mat, but also got to add a medal to the collection š

The other day, I was being interviewed on a former clientās podcast, sharing my storyā¦
Moving to the U.S.
Going back to Brazil
Having triplets
Starting over (again)
And in the middle of it, she said something I had never heard before:
āThank you for not staying in Brazil.ā
It stopped me š³
Because I had never looked at my life through that lens.
That one decisionā¦
To leave.
To come back.
To start over.
At the time, it felt uncertain. Messy. Even questionable.
But now?
I can see what it made possible.
Not just for meā¦
But for the hundreds of women Iāve worked with.
The stories that have been shared.
The voices that have been amplified.
The ripple effect that continues far beyond me.
And the truth is that it wasnāt just that one decision.
It was the decision to:
-Start my business almost 10 years ago
-Keep going when it felt slow
-Show up when it felt uncomfortable
-Not quit when it wouldāve been easier
We donāt always realize the weight of our decisions in the moment.
But every time you choose to show upā¦
Every time you choose to keep goingā¦
Youāre creating something bigger than you can see.
So hereās a question for you:
What decision are you being called to make right now⦠that your future self (and others) might thank you for?
And if part of that decision is using your voice more, sharing your story, or stepping into a bigger level of visibilityā¦
Iād love to connect. š

I didnāt expect this š¤
I shared that Iām hiring a Support Coach last week⦠and within just a few days, Iāve received 18 applications.
And whatās been even more surprising isnāt just the number, itās the quality.
Women with experience in coaching, messaging, client experience⦠who genuinely want to be part of this work.
This is making realize this is a reflection of something deeper:
When your message is clearā¦
When your work creates real resultsā¦
When you consistently show up with intentionā¦
People donāt just want to hire you.
They want to work with you. Build with you. Be part of what youāre creating š„°
This is the part of visibility we donāt talk about enough.
Itās not just about getting on more stages.
Itās about building something that people feel drawn to, on every level.
Iām currently reviewing applications and will be setting up interviews soon (thank you to everyone who applied š¤)
And this moment is reminding me:
Your business really does become your stage š

Same talk.
Different rooms.
Completely different conversations.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to deliver a presentation Iāve done countless times before⦠but in two very different spaces.
In the morning, for a group that blends spirituality and business, I titled it:
⨠How Aligned Conversations Lead to Sustainable Business
Later in the day, I delivered a virtual version for women entrepreneurs and called it:
š From Hidden to Hired: Using Visibility to Generate Consistent Leads
Same framework.
Same stories.
Same lessons.
But the language shifted⦠and everything landed differently.
Because this is the real work:
Itās not just what you say.
Itās how you say it and who youāre saying it to.
Even the questions we ask matter.
š āWhere are you leaving visibility on the table?ā
vs
š āWhere is your business asking you to be more visible right now?ā
Same question.
Different frame.
Different energy.
Different response.
This is why I love what I do.
I get to play.
To refine.
To meet people where they are.
To make the message not just heard, but felt.
And to remind entrepreneurs that visibility isnāt just strategy⦠itās alignment.
So hereās something to sit with:
Where is your business asking you to be more visible right now?
And if you know thereās something youāre meant to say, share, or step into, but youāre not sure how to shape it in a way that truly landsā¦
Iād love to connect. š

We talk a lot about getting on more stages⦠but hereās something Iāve been thinking about lately:
Speaking builds visibility.
But what exists beyond the stage is what builds your business.
Your social media.
Your website.
Your podcast interviews.
Your media presence.
Thatās where people go *after* they hear about/from you.
And thatās where decisions get made.
I was recently reminded of this in the best way.
I had two completely cold leads reach out to me on Instagram and say they found me because ChatGPT and Claude both suggested my name as a top result when they searched for help with TEDx and speaking š±
That stopped me in my tracks.
Because yes - Iāve been speaking.
But Iāve also been consistently showing up online, refining my messaging, sharing content, and building a body of work that clearly communicates what I do.
This is what people mean when they say āSEO everywhere.ā
Not just Google.
But across platforms.
Across content.
Across how clearly you position yourself.
If someone hears your name⦠can they instantly understand:
ā What you do
ā Who you help
ā Why it matters
Thatās what converts visibility into opportunity.
If youāre speaking but not seeing the business growth you expected, it might not be about getting more stagesā¦
It might be about what happens after.
If youāre ready to tighten your message, strengthen your presence, and turn your visibility into real opportunities, Iād love to connect. š

Do you remember my flying dress photoshoot at the Sand Dunes? āØ
At the time, it felt bold. A little extra. Definitely outside the ānormalā things you do for your business.
Fast forward to nowā¦
My photographer has built so much momentum around those shoots that she literally secured the domain denverflyingdress.comš
And yesterday, the day before we headed to an expo for She Leads, she messaged me:
āHey! Iām printing a banner for my booth⦠can I use one of your photos?ā
And I was likeā¦
Girl⦠do you even know me? š
I will NEVER say no to more visibility. Poster client energy all day.
But hereās what really hit me.
That photoshoot wasnāt just a āfun branding moment.ā
I actually got clients from it.
Not because of the dress.
Not because of the location.
But because of what it represented.
Boldness.
Confidence.
A woman willing to be seen in a bigger way.
And thatās what people were drawn to.
Sometimes the things that feel āextraāā¦
are actually the things that communicate the most.
The way you show up visually
The risks youāre willing to take
The energy you bring into your brand
Theyāre all telling a storyābefore you even say a word.
And the right people are always paying attention.
So if thereās something youāve been wanting to do that feels a little bold, a little different, a little *out there*ā¦
This might be your sign.
Because visibility isnāt just about what you say.
Itās about what youāre willing to embody. š
