I made this last week for Herli and myself. She took the picture and it was amazing! Very simple just seared scallops, sautéed asparagus, rice, and a white wine butter sauce!

Okay here is one of the pizzas I made last night!

Italian sausage, mushrooms, banana peppers, with a whole wheat honey crust!

So I have been slacking a bit lately, so tonight I got after it and honed my skills a bit!

I made some ciabatta, rigatoni, fusilli, angel hair, fettuccine, and a bunch of wheat pizzas (I will post those pictures once I cook them!)

I feel accomplished!

I made some pumpkin cream cheese mousse for a graduation this weekend! They came out really good!

I had the privilege of teaching these awesome children how to make pizza today!
