Summer practices are going strong! Fridays we get out for some trail adventures. XC runners crushed it on the mini-incline in Castle Rock! Way to go!!

Congrats to Ryan Olree for finishing 7th at the 2022 Garmin Running Lane Cross Country Championships in Huntsville, Alabama!! He ran a 15:21 in the 5k!! He even got a shout out on the broadcast for moving up 11 spots in the last mile!! Unbelievable! Way to fight for it!

Congrats to Luke McAlenney and Andrew Sands for their incredible efforts at the race as well! Way to represent the Ravens!!

Highlights from the City Championships!! Way to go, Ravens!! Boys Varsity finished in 2nd (one point away from 1st!), Girls Varsity finished in 4th, Boys Open finished in 3rd, and the Girls Open finished in 3rd! 🎉

We had several top 10 finishers:
🏆 Ryan Olree came in 1st
🌟 Luke McAlenney came in 3rd
🌟 Cora Skurulsky came in 4th
🌟 Kate Lindwall came in 5th
🌟 Reese Fitzgerald came in 7th in the Open race

Way to go to all who participated! This was a fantastic season! And keep pushing and working hard to our varsity squad who will move on to the Regional race this Saturday at Wash Park! First race starts at 9am! Come cheer on the Denver South Ravens as they race in the state qualifying meet!! 🤩
