Transforming Classrooms into Economies

Janessa Boulay teaches 5th grade in Denver, Colorado. She believes in teaching the whole child in addition to all of the required subjects. She started teaching financial literacy five years ago as her way of managing her classroom. She loves teaching students real world financial situations, most of which were never taught to her as a child. She wants to truly prepare students for the future, not just for the next grade. Her husband, Tim, suggested that she move her idea to an online version, to make it more realistic. That is when BoulayBank was born. BoulayBank continues to grow and improve thanks to their amazing CTO - Marc.
