You do not choose every event.

You do participate in the response.

David's SOFI teaching explores free will, programming, choice and destiny through that boundary.

When something happens that you did not choose, ask:

Which version of me is choosing what happens next?

Want to learn more about how this principle is affecting you currently?
Explore the identity and programming shaping your choices by taking the SOFI Assessment:

Entrepreneurs are brilliant at seeing another possibility.

That can become a problem when every chosen direction is reopened before the team has time to execute it.

New evidence should change a plan.

Discomfort alone should not.

If your business keeps changing direction faster than the team can execute, there may be a People or Process constraint underneath the frustration.

Overthinking loves an invisible plan.

Write it down.

Once the decision is on the page, you can see:
the gap,
the assumption,
the missing resource,
the next action.

The page does not decide for you.

It gives you something real to examine.

David explores that practical shift in this clip.

You start with potential.

Then you choose.

Through identity.
Through decisions.
Through the patterns you repeat.

You do not experience every possible path.
You live the one your choices keep selecting.

What are you choosing consistently?

Explore it through the SOFI Assessment.

A different result eventually asks for a different behavior.

Want a stronger team?
Help them make stronger decisions.

Want more profit?
Learn and apply the five financial intelligences.

Want more freedom?
Build what can operate without you.

The useful question is not only "What do I want?"
It is:
"What am I willing to do differently?"

If you know what you want but are not clear about the constraint keeping you from it, start with the free P3 Assessment.

Your business can be unique without being exempt from cause and effect.

If the result is not there yet, look at what is repeated:

Your calendar.
Your behavior.
Your metric and measures.
Your decisions under pressure.

Different business. Same useful question:
"What am I repeatedly doing that is producing the result I actually have, but do not want?"

You can find a solution and still recreate the problem.

Why?

Because the source matters.

If the answer comes from the same identity, assumptions and reactions that created the pattern, the form may change while the experience stays the same.

David explores two sources of solutions - and why leaders need to notice where the answer is coming from.

Joe doubled his revenue - and cut his working time in half.

The reason matters.

The business became able to handle more deals efficiently because the systems, people and processes no longer lived only in Joe's head.

Growth did not have to mean more dependence on the owner.

If your business is getting bigger but your freedom is getting smaller, locate the real constraint.

Did you build the business - or has the business slowly built a life around you?

Revenue can look healthy while freedom disappears.

If your time, attention, family life and peace all depend on what the business needs next, look beneath the workload.

Where is the dependency?
What still only works because you are there?

David explores the hard truth in this clip.

A new strategy can sit on top of an old belief system for only so long.

If your beliefs and values still support the old pattern, the new behavior will keep feeling temporary.

The deeper question is not only:
"What do I need to do?"

It is:
"What is supporting the way I already behave?"

Identify.
Beliefs.
Values.
Then behavior.

David explores the relationship in this clip.
