I was presented the opportunity to host a Pilates Mat Class during the day in Wheat Ridge. I am going to do a 6 week series starting in May. What times and days before 3pm would work for those interested in coming?

I taught my first Puppy Yoga class on Saturday! A nice restorative class with puppies running around was such a great way to start the day!
