NEW class time and format ALERT! In 2024 the Monday night 6:46pm will move to 7:00pm and have cosmic lights. This class will still be a guided flow cultivated to create a little more of an opportunity to go inward and reflect. The lights are mild and soothing and far from strobe-lighty. Come give it a whirl. See you on the Sunnyside Better Buzz Yoga!
