Happy Pride ALL! If you are in NEW YORK tomorrow, the DU New York Network and DU LGBTQ+ Pride Alumni Affinity Network are excited to bring back the annual tradition, the DU NY Network PRIDE Social! All DU alumni, current or incoming students, parents and friends of the university are all invited to join as we celebrate PRIDE month. The social runs from 6-8:30 p.m. EDT and you are welcome to join at any point.
We will be back at Cowgirl NYC (519 Hudson Street New York, NY 10014) for this event and will have exclusive access to the lounge. A portion of the admission cost will go directly to support University of Denver's PRIDE Closet, a free resource for LGBTQ+ graduate and undergraduate students where they can get hygiene products, casual clothes and gender-affirming clothes at no cost.

Calling all DU LGBTQ+ community members and allies!
The University of Denver is thrilled to walk in the Denver Pride Parade with DU's Fisher Early Learning Center! Together, we will build a float representative of the inclusivity that Fisher and DU offer all students. As such, we are seeking alumni and DU community members to lend their time and energy to either (a) walk with us, (b) assemble the float, (c) serve breakfast snacks and DU t-shirts as our float decorators assemble the last touches on the float, or (d) all of the above.
When: Sunday, June 23rd, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Where: Denver Pride Parade on 1301 E. Colfax Ave.

The DU LGBTQ+ Pride Alumni Affinity network invites YOU to celebrate Pride Month with the Denver Gay Men's Chorus!
When: Monday, June 17th, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Where: Newman Center for the Performing Arts
Your ticket includes a reception with food and beverages, followed by the DGMC Pride-themed performance 'Shout!' beginning at 7:30 p.m. This pre-show reception offers a unique chance to engage with fellow DU and DGMC alumni. We hope to see you there!

Hello Pride fam!
It has been a MINUTE since we have engaged here on Facebook. But we are back with some really great community events for Spring 2024 at DU! Lavender Graduation, hosted by DU's Cultural Center for Gender & Sexuality, is a traditional commencement ceremony for the DU community to celebrate our LGBTQ+ graduates. Open to all q***r and trans graduating students, and supported by select faculty, staff, and alumni, students are bestowed a special stole to wear for Commencement in June.
As such, the LGBTQIA+ Pride Alumni Affinity Network is seeks alumni representatives to welcome graduating students into the Pride Alumni Network.
When: Friday, June 7th, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
