Our Bodies
Mmmm. damn. I want us ( my fellow queens and myself) to see these bodies, to love and embrace our bodies ( all the parts) right now in this moment. And feel amazed and grateful. Then show it. Which means giving our BODIES the nutrients, the release, the safe space, the attention, the awareness, the movement they need.

👉👉‼️Show up for your kids by being a priority not a doormat‼️

😘Ok a doormat is harsh and it pi**es me off when I hear it and probably you too. So doormat does not fit. Huge impact and role model does.
So take a second to think what you are modeling for your kids. Meaning what you want for them are you doing for you💖 Here are some strategies. Let me know which ones land for you.

1️⃣ 🧐Think of your kid in her 30s / 40ss . She is successful. She is busy. Is she making herself a priority? Or is she happy but worn out. Feeling stuck in being able to give herself time? Does she know what that would look like? What gives life to her life?
💕Now , Momma, do this for you because you are leading the way, giving her permission to have a life filled with love and know that she is a priority. This works for sons too 😉 And I would add how they are able to support their partner. Xoxo
🫙Go with me on this. Take a few moments and picture a hot summer day and a carton with maybe a cup of lemonade that is almost empty. You give your kids(s) the last drops. Or do you go to the store and get a fresh carton, maybe you buy lemons and make it fresh. But you replenish and pour refreshing cool glasses for all. It is beyond true that our kids benefit from us filling up our pitchers. 💧💧💧💧💧
💪💛💚💛🧡Community: Ask another parent about carpooling. Trade with a neighbor to watch a kid or make dinner.
💪💪If it is a workout, try doing a program from home.
Start with 10 minutes or even 5 minutes. Consider it as important as kids getting teeth brushed!

These all have been gamechangers for me and I am always a human in progress. Not always linear but growing.

You got this Momma;) you deserve it and your kids deserve it.

💥Treat yourself like your Most Valuable Client💥
Part 1️⃣
Try this if you struggle with finding time :
Practical Advice Below ⬇️ ⬇️⬇️
🤓I have been here when I was a Math teacher and
😎now as a Coach and Business Owner. As a teacher it would look like this:

➡️If students are struggling, I will absolutely stay after school for tutoring. If I know it will create better lessons, I will go in on the weekend.
➡️As a coach and business owner, Giving attention and time to clients, nutrition, habits and mindset. Setting time aside to network and add structure. Investing in classes that were connected to the Health Journey.

NOW ALL THE ABOVE IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT TO ME
And I was not able to give fully until I treated myself like the most important client/ students. It did not make sense or land until I started practicing this. ( and still a work in progress)
What has landed? By making time for my health and my growth it added value and depth to what I was giving. It did not take away. I thought there is no way. You can and will make a way out of now way when you realize you are your most valuable Client/ student/etc.
Here was my thinking process with it:
OMG this client not only wants to pay you 1 million dollars, they also would benefit 10 fold if you go all in!
Ok, I guess I can free up time 5 days a week for movement.
Hows—>As a teacher that was my lunch hour.
—> As a momma, I started to carpool and lean into helping each other. When someone else was driving to and/or from soccer. I ran, read a book,
—> I got up early. ( pssst loved snooze) I got strategies if ya need them
—>As a coach and entrepreneur, I scheduled myself on a calendar (Would I cancel on a client? No, I would give them consistency and show up)
Be Realistic Somedays, If my client really needed me but I only had 10 minutes. I would show up for that and give. Then move on to the rest of my day knowing the boundaries are important.
If something came up and I had to cancel, I would give a warning. I would recommit and tell them how I valued them and what they had committed to. There would be compassion and no judgment because there was a level of trust and not breaking promises
