University Park Elementary School

Join us for Art Night on Thursday, May 7th from 4:30-6:30PM! This fun, hands-on evening is a chance for students and their families to create, explore, and celebrate art together. We’ll have a variety of creative stations set up in the gym, so everyone can try something new and take home their own masterpieces. Whether you love painting, drawing, or crafting there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We hope to see you there for a night full of creativity, connection, and community!

Volunteers are still needed for setup, running stations, and clean-up. Contact Ms. Cassie if you're interested in helping.

2026-27 Online Registration - Early Bird Registration Opens May 5th

Current DPS families – save time by updating your student’s information online! By completing this process using your Parent Portal account, you can avoid paper forms and save time at the school during the fall return. All SchoolChoice applicants must have an accepted seat before registering their student. Select one of the windows available to register your student(s) online for 2026-27:

•The “Early Bird” window: May 4-22
•Regular Registration 2026-27 Window: late July 27 - late August

To register online, primary legal guardians of current DPS students must have an active DPS Parent Portal account. Visit myportal.dpsk12.org to sign up, or to check that your account is active and ready.

Book Fair: Monday, May 4th- Friday, May 8th

The ever-popular Book Fair is back! Students and parents are welcome to shop before or after school in the UPark library.

On Wednesday, May 6th, from 4-8pm, Chipotle at 2760 S Colorado Blvd will be donating 25% of UPark sales back to our school. For in-person orders, please show the cashier a printout or digital version of the flyer above.

For orders via the Chipotle website and app, please include code "P3ATACD".

Please note that this is only for the Chipotle location at 2760 S Colorado Blvd, at Colorado/Yale (same plaza as King Soopers/Michaels/PetSmart/Chick-fil-A).

The Auction Opens Thursday!

April 15th: Restaurant Night at Uno Mas Taqueria y Cantina

On Wednesday, April 15th, from 4-7pm, Uno Mas Taqueria y Cantina will be donating 15% of all sales back to our school. No need to mention any codes, and this is valid for both dine-in and take-out/online orders. Also, Uno Mas is offering $10 off for first time users who haven't ordered directly via their website previously.

March 25th: Restaurant Day at Modern Market - Cherry Hills

All day on Wednesday, March 25th, Modern Market-Cherry Hills (3475 S University Blvd) will be donating 25% of UPark sales back to our school. For dine-in orders, please mention that you are dining as part of a school fundraiser. For online and app orders, please include promo code "GIVEBACK".

Class pictures for all UPark classes are scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2025.

Class pictures are with the whole class. An email will be sent to all families the day after pictures are taken with information on purchasing the photo. If you prefer not to order online, please contact the office at 720-424-3410 and we will help place an order directly through our photographer.
