April is Fair Housing Month!

Did you know that Colorado was the first in the nation to pass a state-wide fair housing law?

Do you know all the protected classes in Colorado under this law?

Are you looking to sell or purchase a property in Colorado? Reach out to me I'd love to help.

I'm so grateful to have been able to help 2 parties have new homes before the end of the year!

One of my besties always laughs that December tends to be one of my busiest months of the year. Either helping people looking for homes, selling their homes, or people planning on selling in the new year.

🏑 - do you have that on your list for 2024?

Let's talk. I want to help YOU achieve πŸ’ͺ🏼 your next goal!!

Here's another way to make a small donation that goes a long way...

Every year this sneaks up on me, some years I can give, and other years I wished I could...
If you check out the website, you'll find lots of places to choose from.

Do you have any good luck rituals that you do for the new year?

One year I made black-eyed peas for New Years Day. That year was defiantly a hard year and for a few years after that, I didn't make the peas anymore...then one day it occurred to me...thank goodness what I wanted to happen didn't. I started making them again.

The other one I do, is clean out my house...get as much stuff that I don't want to take into the new year into the trash or a donation site.

What's one of your new year rituals...

Have you ever...

OMG, I can't stop laughing.
I met these guys at our retreat...more photos this weekend.

One of the guys handed me a phone on the dance floor so i took 15 minutes of video of them dancing and being silly. 🀣 The band, them, the crowd...whatever I felt like...

And then this gal said no the phone is ringing... I don't have my glasses on and it is loud so, I said who cares, they can call them back and she said maybe it was the owner calling. 🀣🀣🀣🀣

I said isn't it that guys phone and I pointed to the guy and she said no...🀣🀣🀣

So, the phone ring again....

I thought I was a cool hype gal...awesome footage dancing, best band ever, etc...

It was NOT their phone!!! 🀣🀣🀩

Do you need a realtor in South NJ? They owe eva favor. 🀣🀣🀣

Affordable housing was an issue in the 1940s. It's not new. I do love details about why buildings were built the way they were during certain eras.

Thank you Historic Denver for telling us the stories that help us understand and relate to why our city is the way it is.
