From our Prospanica Denver President:

It is with great honor and mixed emotions that I share this meaningful recognition I received from the Prospanica Denver Leadership Team Board. As my term as President and Board Member comes to an end in 2025, I will now transition into the honorable role of President Emeritus in 2026, after serving since 2012, including two terms as President.

I cannot express enough how much this organization has blessed my life. Prospanica National has opened countless doors in my professional journey and has given me the privilege of serving so many people in Colorado and across the nation. I deeply believe in the mission of empowering Latino professionals—because when I was earning my MBA, NSHMBA(Prospanica) was a light, a source of support, and a guiding force in my career and life.

As I look ahead, I am excited for the next step in my board director journey. I will continue serving on the GlobalMindED board and the Colorado Springs Hispanic Business Council - The Hispanic Chamber board and Latina Track; however, my hope is to expand my impact by contributing through service at the corporate board level. During my keynote at our Posada, I shared my commitment not only to mentor but also to sponsor others—to speak for those who are not in the room, to open doors for them, and to ensure they have a seat at the table. I will continue doing that for as many people as I can, and I pray that others will do the same for me as I search for my next board opportunity.

I am honored, grateful, and humbled. I bless this organization, Prospanica National, and I want to especially thank CEO Thomas Savino and all who have been strong leaders and supporters of my growth. This moment is emotional because I believe so deeply in our mission and in the community we have built.

Thank you to my incredible Board of Directors, past and present. To our corporate partners and sponsors, and everyone who has worked alongside me throughout these years. I could not have done this without you. It has truly been an honor to receive this recognition from such an amazing team.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Posada. What a beautiful way to kick off the holiday season together!

Special thanks to our live music from Nico Latin Fusion, and to the amazing mariachi musicians and Folkloric dancers, who brought the night to life with their energy and culture.
