Before I ever ran a company, I ran a children's ministry at a mega church with a budget, staff, 200+ volunteers, 300+ kids on a Sunday.
That job is where leadership finally clicked for me, not because of the title, but because the people above me actually invested in me. They weren't perfect but they poured into their leaders.
