Pole Priestess moves beyond typical pole instruction by integrating somatic philosophy that body-mind-spirit are one, we access the intelligence which exists within us…not isolated only to the brain, but the intelligence surging within our whole selves, aspects both temporal and infinite. We work with our bodies gently and respectfully to tap into our innate sensual nature, we begin our movement in unison with breath to re-patternize how we are used to moving and responding, therefore restructuring our neurological pathways to achieve optimum potential in our bodies and lives. The pole simply becomes an accessory to our dance and what I consider flight! Through this process of gently awakening ourselves, we consciously cultivate beauty and femininity as a force of nature with wild acrobatic movement.
