Sharing a recipe I came up with today for a pork loin. I cut up fresh red onions (your could use apples also) and rosemary and laid in bottom on baking dish. Season every side of loin, then sear in skillet with olive oil. Once all sides are seared, lay loin ontop on onions and rosemary.
Cut slits into pork and pour lemon juice on it then put rosemary in slits. I covered it with foil and baking at 350 degrees for about 45 min our until it reaches proper cooking temp. Baste every 15 min. Ill post a pic and how it turned out in the comments when its ready.

For summer parties, it always seems like kids fill their plates with chips and cookies and then there's a ton of fruit leftover that goes bad fast.

People eat with their eyes first. If you have a neat way to present fruit, people will constantly take some.
Theres dozens of ways you can make fruit kabobs look cool, and kids can even help make them.

For a 4th of July party, try blueberries, marshmallows, and strawberries to be patriotic!
