The AXS Companion, a free resource developed by IECA & Oregon State University Ecampus to help all students complete Common App, is now available for students to use as they apply to colleges: AXSCompanion.org
The AXS Companion includes 50+ how-to videos and can be used side-by-side with Common App on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Last year, 41% of high school seniors who created a Common App account never completed an application. Our hope is that the AXS Companion will help these students achieve their college dreams.

University of Denver
The University of Denver, an already beautiful campus, is undergoing expansion, with new dorms and a beautiful new student center slated to be completed in the next year (ready for Fall 2021 students). I
Admission Statistics 2019:
1st Year Students:
• Average: GPA 3.76 (unweighted), SAT 1279, ACT 28

Transfer Students:

consideration
DU has expanded Merit awards for both first year and Transfer students. First year awards go from 17k-29k, and Transfer awards from 16k-20k.
DU is HUGE on Study Abroad; more than 70% of students study abroad at some point, and they have programs for which the cost is exactly the same as the college’s costs (with FA/Merit following the student to the study abroad program).
DU also prides itself on the fact that most of their students have a major and at least one (often more than one) minor—interdisciplinary learning is important to them.
It was freezing the day I visited, so don't have pics of the whole campus--nipped into one of the student run coffee houses for a hot espresso!
