“After hours of studying, countless hours of dancing, a 3-day intensive in Columbus, and my teaching final… I’m officially Liquid Motion Level 1 certified. ✨
And it means so much to me!
I found Liquid Motion back in 2019 and immediately fell in love (thanks to and ). During the pandemic, it became one of the only ways I could move my body, process emotions, and feel connected to myself and even the world around me. In a time that felt really heavy, this practice gave me confidence, community, and a way to express myself sensually that felt safe, powerful, and freeing. I continued to turn to Liquid Motion after our world reset post pandemic and never looked back.
If you’re not familiar, Liquid Motion is a movement methodology and dance style that focuses on seamless, intentional transitions, floorwork, and sensual expression. It’s not just about how it looks—it’s about how it feels in your body.
This journey challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. It pushed me out of my comfort zone, asked me to be vulnerable, and helped me grow into a version of myself that feels more grounded and confident than ever.
